Shipping policy

Order Processing Time Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after friday 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day. We currently ship to addresses within Switzerland, Italy and European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden).
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination. Delivery times are estimated and depend on the chosen shipping method and the destination. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

These charges are not included in the total price and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order. Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor its delivery status.
